Can you design workday apparel unique to our business?

We have the experience and resources to engage in the design of bespoke workday apparel. We undertake an established process, including a needs analysis to ensure product development meets collaboratively established criteria. Our approach is qualitative and timely to ensure apparel is manufactured to agreed specifications.

Do you have the capacity to provide workday apparel for hundreds of our people?

Yes. Our business is accustomed to developing, implementing and managing the provision of workday apparel to large numbers of employees. Our offering includes a full-service solution, including order management, packaging distribution and detailed reporting. We also reduce the stress and workload on your people by providing personalised access to your workday apparel via our online ordering portal.

You don't show individual products on your website. How do we know what garments you offer?

Our approach to the provisioning of workday apparel is a collaborative one, where discussion needs to be undertaken to establish the right solution for an organisation and your people prior to identifying end product. During the discovery process we identify from feedback, the types and styles of garments to best suit your requirements whereby we propose a wardrobe of apparel from our diverse stock service sourcing channels or through custom-make.

Some of our staff are working from home. Will you deliver direct?

Our personalised delivery solution is structured to deliver to the workplace or to an individual's home. Our systems capture individual personal addresses where required. We collate individual orders and despatch via Australia Post with all tracking details provided directly to your team member.

We already supply our people a uniform but we can see the benefits your organisation offers. Can you take over our existing workday apparel range?

We are well versed in providing simple switch solutions. We believe every new relationship begins with a conversation, so prior to making any forecast we would seek to understand your current position, the circumstances that demand change, how you provision your workday apparel today and what you anticipate from a new arrangement. But don't worry, we make it simple for you whilst minimising inconvenience and disruption in your business.

We are relaxing our dress standards for our people when working from home. Can you develop a suitable work from home wardrobe that will still uphold our brand image?

Workplace dress standards have been shifting towards a more relaxed style for a number of years. This has led to an abundance of availability of stylish, casual apparel. The movement to a blended work from home arrangement with a defined dress standard has become a common requirement. We provide the scope of apparel to cater for such a requirement which can consist of casual shirting and chinos to t-shirts and hoodies and more.

Our people are located across multiple locations and multiple states. Are you able to manage a multi-location workday apparel arrangement?

A distributed workforce poses no greater level of complexity to us in managing a workday apparel program than supporting a single location organisation. Our systems enable us to manage the distribution of apparel by location by employee supported by all relevant reporting and measurement KPI’s.

Do you have an online ordering facility?

We offer our customers access to our bespoke Workday Apparel Management System (WAMS) to enable the provisioning and management of apparel across an organisation. Our WAMS has been designed to eliminate complexity and workload typically associated with the provision of workday apparel, whilst providing controlled access for employees to order from a pre-determined basket of goods.

We are planning an update to our workday wardrobe. Would you assist us to identify and implement this update?

Collaborating with management and your people to identify and propose suitable workday apparel is a fundamental solution we offer. We recommend engaging us as early as possible to avoid the pitfalls many organisations encounter when undertaking a renewal of a workday wardrobe. There are a number of options available in regard to how we engage to ensure you achieve the best outcome.

Will you warehouse workday apparel ready for immediate despatch?

Stock warehousing is an option, however, prior to us committing you to a warehouse program we engage to understand all aspects of your current supply arrangement as well as future plans and expectations. Our experience tells us that, whilst warehouse programs have their benefits, there is certain operational criteria that must be evident for a warehouse program to be economically viable, and therefore, suitable for successful execution.

Can you supply new employee workday apparel kits?

New starter workday apparel kits should form part of any new employee's onboarding pack. We establish a suitable program specific to your organisation to ensure they are positively engaged with your business, brand and culture from day one.

Do you organise the application of our logo onto garments?

We identify with you the most appropriate method of decoration for your logo. A number of factors influence the choice of decoration method as does fabric and the structure of the item being decorated. We offer every style of embellishment available including embroidery, digital print, screen print and sublimation.

We want our people to have access to a workday apparel range but don't want the financial impost of holding stock. Can you help?

Our solutions include the capability to implement, supply and manage workday apparel without the need to carry the liability of warehouse stock. Our online ordering solution caters for the production of apparel only as orders are received, with despatch timing set to a framework to suit your individual requirements.

We want the option for people to have access to a workday wardrobe but don't want it to be mandatory. Is this something you can help with?

This is not an unusual request. Creating a range of apparel made available for your staff to purchase on an as-required or as-needed basis is very popular. There is no need to carry stock as our just-in-time solution will facilitate this capability whilst offering the benefit of cost control and a choice, or combination, of company-funded or employee payment facilities, usage reporting and expenditure management.

We currently purchase workday apparel from multiple suppliers. Can you supply everything we currently use if we switch to you?

With our industry experience, our product range incorporates the full spectrum of items typically included in a workday wardrobe. Part of the process we undertake with potential new customers is to review existing supply chain, product styles, volumes and suitability, to name a few. One aspect of this review includes the identification and commitment to exact, like-for-like or alternate product provision.

Do you offer fitting days so our people can try garments for sizing prior to ordering?

We understand the need to arrange fitting days when a workday wardrobe is first introduced. We are happy to discuss your particular needs and develop a solution that will ensure your people are catered for.
